FAQS
1) How do I choose the right heat and speed settings?
Start with medium heat + medium speed for everyday drying. Use higher speed to remove moisture faster, and switch to lower heat for finishing and smoothing. For fine or damaged hair, choose lower heat.
2) What does “ionic” mean, and what does it do for hair?
Ionic technology releases negative ions that can help reduce static and smooth the hair surface, making hair look less frizzy and more shiny, especially in dry weather.
3) Is it safe to use the hair dryer every day?
Yes—when used properly. For daily use, we recommend keeping the dryer moving, avoiding prolonged heat on one spot, and using moderate heat whenever possible.
4) Does it work for curly hair?
Yes. For curls, we recommend using a diffuser attachment and lower heat. Dry in sections and avoid over-touching hair while drying to help maintain curl definition and volume.
5) How do I clean the filter, and how often should I do it?
We recommend checking the filter every 1–2 weeks, depending on use. Turn off and unplug the dryer, remove dust/lint from the filter area, and keep the airflow path clear to maintain performance.
6) Why does my hair dryer feel hot or smell “new” at first?
A mild “new product” smell can happen during the first few uses as internal materials settle. If the smell is strong or persists, stop using the product and contact support.
7) Can I use it when traveling?
Please check the voltage and plug type at your destination. If the dryer is single-voltage, using the wrong voltage may cause damage. For best results, confirm compatibility before use.
8) What should I do if the hair dryer stops working?
First, unplug the dryer and let it cool down for 10–20 minutes (overheat protection may activate). Then check the plug, outlet, and filter for blockage. If the issue continues, contact our support team with your order number.
